Our newly built apartment is perfectly situated just 150 meters from Cleopatra Beach, offering easy access to all essentials, including our nearby office. While compact in size, the apartment is tastefully furnished to provide a cozy and comfortable living experience. The complex features 13 apartments, fostering an intimate community atmosphere with access to premium shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. For added convenience, we also offer Baby Packages and Beverage Packages on request.

• Check-in/Check-out: We aim to be flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible.
• Locked Cabinet: A cabinet reserved for storage is inaccessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment.
• Initial Supplies: Complimentary toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent are provided upon arrival. Guests are responsible for replenishing these once exhausted.
